Shepherd Promotes Kristen Benjamin to Vice President
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (January 3, 2017) — Shepherd, a full-service marketing, advertising, public relations and digital agency, has promoted Kristen Benjamin to vice president. As a new officer of the company she is recognized for her significant contributions to the agency.
Among her accomplishments include leading the Atlanta-based team since 2014, managing the agency’s largest account, and contributing to the agency’s new business growth.
Benjamin’s career includes agency work in New York City and Charlotte, N.C., with some of the most recognized American brands. She joined Shepherd in Jacksonville in 2004 and moved to the Atlanta office in 2011.
“It gives me great pleasure to announce that Kristen Benjamin has been named a vice president of Shepherd,” said Mike Russell, Shepherd’s chief operations officer. “When Kristen moved to Jacksonville from Charlotte in 2004 to be closer to her family, she reached out to local agencies about possible opportunities. Robin Shepherd and I met with her and were so impressed that we decided to hire her even though we did not have a specific opening at that time. That turned out to be a great decision as she has been a wonderful member of Shepherd and has done a magnificent job in all of her assignments and especially leading the Atlanta office.”
Shepherd, based in Jacksonville with an office in Atlanta, specializes in integrated branding, marketing, digital and public relations services.
