Ever wish you had a client with a great sense of humor? Luckily, we do. Community First Credit Union originally came to us to help them create a broadcast campaign that would appeal to North Florida millennials. But proving to millennials that they can love where they bank is a modern-day challenge. So, we created our campaign around a key insight: Where you bank isn't just a place you visit – it's something you do. A healthy dose of humor and irreverence was injected into the campaign with support messaging around convenience and flexibility to bank whenever and wherever, regardless of platform or device.
And it worked. Which means we're back with another humorous campaign that is scoring points from millennials to boomers. Our recent spots delivered completion rates ranging from a high of 97 percent to a low of 69 percent in Over The Top placements.
